Hunter-focused agency sales role owning a defined NY territory. Build and qualify pipeline across holding companies and independent agencies, multithread relationships, close revenue, represent RZR at market events, and maintain CRM and sales intelligence-driven outreach. Collaborate with growth, marketing, and product to onboard and scale agency accounts.

Own RZR's CTV publisher partnerships end-to-end: outreach, relationship management, and supply strategy. Build CTV supply strategy, lead contract negotiations, evaluate ad servers/data partners/PMPs, provide operational redundancy for Head of Global Partnerships, collaborate with legal/finance/product/sales, and maintain a structured partner pipeline.

Own the full sales cycle for China-region accounts: create account plans, present RZR's programmatic mobile and CTV solutions, close new business, launch customers, leverage marketing/ABM, attend industry events, collaborate with Growth/Product/Marketing, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
