The role manages technical plans, risks, dependencies, approvals, stakeholder communications, and controlled release of engineering deliverables to customers and field teams.

Manages sales growth for the Code 3 product line across the Northeast territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing customer accounts, developing product packages, negotiating bids and pricing, maintaining the sales pipeline, coordinating orders, training distributor salespeople, supporting product evaluations, and representing the company at customer meetings and trade shows. The role requires regular travel of 50% to 75%, CRM usage, market awareness, and strong relationship-building skills.

Lead technical presales activities for connected-fleet and telematics solutions. Conduct discovery, shape solution approaches, deliver tailored demonstrations, respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires, document requirements, support pilots and evaluations, resolve technical objections, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Implementation, and Customer Success. Translate SaaS, hardware, firmware, sensor, connectivity, and data capabilities into customer business value while supporting enterprise, fleet, OEM, and leasing customers.
