Part-time House Manager supporting a Brooklyn family with household organization, tidying, laundry, linen care, errands, inventory management, grocery shopping, light meal preparation, kitchen maintenance, and puppy care. The role requires maintaining an orderly home, coordinating donations and household services, managing supplies and subscriptions, and assisting with seasonal closet organization and travel unpacking. The position is scheduled for 10–15 hours weekly, with a background check required.

Manage household organization, tidying, laundry, pantry inventory, packages, errands, grocery shopping, simple toddler meals, pet-care tasks, calendars, appointments, and family projects. The role requires independent initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, occasional driving of the family vehicle, light childcare backup, and maintaining a smoke-free environment. A background check and at least three professional references are required.

Source and build a qualified household-support candidate pipeline within an assigned territory. Post jobs, research prospects, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, document profiles in Notion, and maintain accurate records in Notion and Breezy ATS. Serve as candidates’ primary contact, provide timely communication, and collaborate with regional managers and hiring specialists to route strong candidates into active searches.
