Provide high-touch executive support to the co-founders: manage calendars, travel, and communications; run NYC office operations; support people operations and onboarding; coordinate events; prepare meeting materials; triage requests; and own ad-hoc projects to keep the company operating smoothly.

The Senior Recruiter will develop recruitment processes, manage hiring pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. They will partner with founders to attract talent for Sailor Health's mission to support seniors' mental health.

Lead provider-facing operations: represent provider needs across product and engineering, run day-to-day clinical operations, build scalable AI-enabled support systems, write/enforce policies, manage provider churn conversations, collect and close provider feedback loops, and coach the provider support team to scale.
