Own FP&A and financial reporting, build forecasts and dashboards, manage investor reporting, lead Revenue Cycle Management and billing operations, support strategic finance, and partner with leadership on capital allocation and unit economics.

As the Founding Product Manager, you'll lead product strategy by coordinating teams to develop AI-first healthcare solutions, focusing on patient and provider experiences.

Own and scale end-to-end revenue cycle operations: maintain KPIs (net collection rate, denial rates, days in AR), build AI-native RCM workflows and tooling with engineers, create real-time dashboards and reporting, identify and resolve reimbursement leakage, manage credentialing/enrollment/fee schedules and payer relationships, ensure excellent patient billing experience, and grow the RCM team. Role involves hands-on data work (spreadsheets, SQL) and product-building.
