Lead provider-facing operations: represent provider needs across product and engineering, run day-to-day clinical operations, build scalable AI-enabled support systems, write/enforce policies, manage provider churn conversations, collect and close provider feedback loops, and coach the provider support team to scale.

Work with founders to build growth infrastructure across operations, clinical delivery, and AI product. Launch and scale new care lines and core functions (provider ops, RCM, care navigation). Deploy AI-powered tools and automations to improve workflows, run analyses to inform fast decisions, and own end-to-end execution to drive operational excellence in a fast-growing healthtech startup.

Lead engineering and product across patient and provider platforms. Responsibilities include shipping production code, setting technical direction, owning the roadmap, running experiments, recruiting and mentoring engineers, defining AI-native development practices, and scaling architecture for rapid patient growth. The role is a player-coach position requiring direct product ownership, modern TypeScript full-stack development, strong analytical judgment, and in-person leadership in New York City.
