Analyze and optimize growth channels through CAC, funnel, retention, cohort, and unit economics modeling. Monitor campaigns, design experiments, launch new channels and markets, improve analytics systems, and create scalable playbooks. Partner with clinical operations, product, legal, agencies, and provider partnership teams to expand access to healthcare for Medicare beneficiaries.

Provide evidence-based virtual psychotherapy to older adults, create individualized treatment plans, manage clinical documentation using EMR and AI tools, and participate in case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. The role requires an independently licensed therapist in New York with a relevant graduate degree. Experience with geriatric populations is preferred, while telehealth and electronic health record proficiency are expected.
