Sailor Health Offices

Leads and scales Sailor Health’s provider partnership function, including hiring and coaching field partnership teams, building territory systems and playbooks, setting referral targets, and managing performance. Owns enterprise relationships with health systems, ACOs, physician groups, and Medicare Advantage plans, while launching new markets and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Work with founders to build growth infrastructure across operations, clinical delivery, and AI product. Launch and scale new care lines and core functions (provider ops, RCM, care navigation). Deploy AI-powered tools and automations to improve workflows, run analyses to inform fast decisions, and own end-to-end execution to drive operational excellence in a fast-growing healthtech startup.

Lead engineering and product across patient and provider platforms. Responsibilities include shipping production code, setting technical direction, owning the roadmap, running experiments, recruiting and mentoring engineers, defining AI-native development practices, and scaling architecture for rapid patient growth. The role is a player-coach position requiring direct product ownership, modern TypeScript full-stack development, strong analytical judgment, and in-person leadership in New York City.
