The Account Executive will sell SailPoint's Identity Security Solutions, exceed sales targets, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.

Lead product strategy and execution for Access Certifications and Governance within an identity security SaaS platform. Use AI/ML to define features, translate customer needs into requirements, prioritize backlog, work with engineering to ship AI-powered experiences, and drive roadmap, metrics, and stakeholder communication.

Manage high-complexity SaaS and software licensing negotiations, draft/customize commercial agreements (SLA, SaaS, SOWs, NDAs, reseller/partner terms), advise Sales/Finance/Security on compliance (ASC 606, GDPR/CCPA), lead CLM and post-execution operations, mentor junior contracts staff, and drive legal-operations efficiency during quarter/year-end close.
