Maintain a secure, organized testing environment by setting up stations, explaining rules, monitoring exams for academic integrity, documenting incidents, collecting materials, logging sessions, and assisting with scheduling and office tasks while supporting ADA accommodations.

Provide HR support to employees and managers including benefits guidance, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll processing, EVerify and background screening, HR file maintenance, and employee communications.

Provide secure exam delivery and excellent customer service: check in examinees, verify ID, explain procedures, monitor testing, maintain test security, troubleshoot technical issues, follow policies, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
