The Workday Financial Analyst translates Finance and Accounting requirements into Workday Financial Management configurations and solutions. Responsibilities include configuring financial business processes, validation and condition rules, managing EIB data loads, supporting modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Procurement and Expenses, conducting biannual release testing, resolving production issues, and supporting month-end close activities.

Drives online growth for an assigned luxury brand by optimizing product presentation, categorization, navigation, content accuracy, and customer experience. Analyzes e-commerce performance metrics, monitors competitors, influences assortment and productivity with merchandising and buying teams, collaborates with digital experience and technology partners, resolves site issues, and delivers recommendations based on data. Requires strong e-commerce knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
