Designs HVAC and other mechanical building systems across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, science, technology, and federal projects. Responsibilities include load calculations, energy analysis, equipment sizing, system layouts, BIM and drawing production, construction documentation, site surveys, code compliance, technical specifications, construction support, and coordination with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Manages BIM projects from planning through execution, including Revit project setup, family and object creation, model coordination, standards compliance, troubleshooting, and construction document accuracy. Maintains Revit Server, supports client BIM requirements, automates processes through scripting and integrations, and trains project teams on BIM technologies and workflows. Requires at least three years of design experience and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, and 3D building modeling.

Manages architecture, engineering, and construction projects from initiation through closeout, including requirements clarification, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality control, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and change management. Supports proposals and business development, leads project meetings, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, tracks lessons learned, and provides performance feedback. The role is based in New York City with remote flexibility and occasional customer-site visits.
