Lead and deliver large, complex enterprise CRM transformation programs (50+ people, multiple workstreams) for Consumer Goods/Manufacturing clients. Own program P&L, executive client relationships, governance, risk mitigation, resource and budget allocation, and delivery quality. Mentor and manage program/project managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, drive Agile release planning, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining high CSAT and adoption.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for agentic B2B marketing automation on the Salesforce platform. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, research, sales, support), prioritize features, advocate for adoption, and track tool adoption and customer satisfaction to measure impact.

Work with research scientists to productionize generative AI and agentic systems: build ML tools and pipelines, design and deploy scalable cloud services (APIs, UIs), debug full-stack deployments, and ensure security and production readiness.
