Leads global upstream marketing, portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and new product development for a medical device platform. Identifies unmet clinical needs, conducts market and customer research, builds business cases, defines product requirements, and guides products through development and launch readiness. Partners with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, Downstream Marketing, and Sales while managing global commercialization strategy, KOL relationships, and upstream marketing talent.

Leads U.S. market access, reimbursement, payer strategy, and the Smart Access Reimbursement program for Saluda Medical’s neuromodulation device. Oversees prior authorization, appeals, benefit investigations, vendors, coding and payment strategy, payer engagement, value-based contracting, evidence communication, and coverage advocacy. Partners with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, providers, payers, and professional societies while building market access capabilities and mentoring team members.

Manages medical device sales new-hire onboarding, training, certification, field training events, virtual content, and ongoing professional development. Develops curricula, assessments, training KPIs, and learning processes while collaborating with sales, marketing, R&D, clinical, HR, and global teams. Serves as a subject matter expert in spinal cord stimulation and Saluda’s closed-loop technology. The remote role requires attendance at in-person events, extended travel, occasional weekend work, and regulatory compliance.

Lead regional commercial strategy and execution for Saluda's Evoke spinal cord stimulation therapy across assigned territory. Hire, train, coach and manage sales reps; design territory and pricing strategies; partner with Marketing and Commercial Operations; drive new product launches; maintain KOL and facility relationships; manage regional sales budget and trade show participation. Ensure clinical performance and achievement of revenue goals.

The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes the global digital marketing strategy, ensuring effective engagement across digital channels and compliance in a regulated medical environment.

Lead Saluda's clinical study program: develop clinical evidence strategy, plan and execute clinical trials, ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity, produce study documentation and publications, collaborate cross-functionally to enable global market access for an implantable neuromodulation therapy.
