Own post-sales customer relationships from implementation through renewal and expansion. Lead onboarding, workflow mapping, platform configuration, adoption, executive business reviews, renewals, customer health, retention, and account expansion. Build trusted relationships with General Counsel, legal operations leaders, and enterprise stakeholders while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Forward-Deployed Engineers to improve customer outcomes and inform the product roadmap.

Own a product vertical and roadmap from prioritization through continuous delivery. Partner with engineering, design, AI/ML, forward-deployed, and go-to-market teams to define workflows, manage risks, conduct customer research, lead enterprise deployments or integrations, and establish product processes. The role focuses on building and scaling 0-to-1 products for in-house legal teams in an early-stage, highly autonomous environment.

Build and iterate core product features as a versatile full-stack engineer. Own projects end-to-end, incorporate customer feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to product and team culture while shipping quickly.
