Supports underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management for fund finance transactions serving private capital clients. Responsibilities include financial modeling, borrowing base analysis, liquidity assessment, stress testing, risk-rating evaluation, credit approval preparation, covenant monitoring, collateral reviews, annual credit reviews, and identification of emerging risks. The Associate also reviews analyst work, mentors junior team members, and contributes to process improvement, technology implementation, data management, and regulatory initiatives.

Owns on-premises ION infrastructure supporting Fixed Income trading systems. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, deploying and integrating vendor platforms, performing platform upgrades, and conducting development, unit, integration, and system testing. The role also involves troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining trading applications, preparing documentation, coordinating development resources, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

Executes complex, risk-based IT audits and evaluates technology control design and operating effectiveness across applications, infrastructure, systems, and cloud environments. Reviews evidence, identifies control deficiencies and cybersecurity risks, documents testing, follows up on corrective actions, and drafts recommendations. Supervises and coaches junior auditors, reviews their workpapers, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with audit methodologies and professional standards.
