Senior full‑stack engineer responsible for designing and building user‑facing features from database models to UI components, improving observability and analytics, architecting embedded fintech and AI features, building CI/CD and developer tooling, and shaping engineering processes to improve product quality and velocity.

Lead and scale the engineering organization to build a resilient, high-availability retail OS. Recruit and mentor engineers, own architecture and uptime for POS/payments, drive CI/CD and cloud operations, partner with the CEO and board on roadmap, embed fintech and AI agents, and engage customers directly.

Outbound-focused SDR role targeting liquor store owners to book qualified meetings via cold calls, email, text and social. Conduct high-velocity outreach, iterate on scripts and follow up consistently. Report to CEO, with progression to full-cycle AE possible after consistent performance.

Own customer onboarding and data migrations for beverage retail POS customers. Write scripts and Google Sheet formulas, provide frontline support and training, investigate issues, gather user feedback, write PRDs, and collaborate on product direction and feature design while using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Full-cycle sales role selling a POS and eCommerce platform to liquor store owners. Run high-velocity outreach across phone, email, text and social, qualify leads, manage dozens of active deals, and close deals (typical 21-day cycle) before handing customers to Customer Experience. In-person role based in Manhattan, NYC.
