As a Tree Climber, you'll prune trees, operate chainsaws and aerial lifts, and work as part of a team to enhance landscapes.

Leads enterprise operations strategy, workforce optimization, continuous improvement, and transformation across a distributed field organization. Develops labor, capacity, productivity, financial, and operational models; identifies improvement opportunities; builds business cases; and drives cross-functional initiatives from analysis through implementation and sustained adoption. Establishes KPIs, reporting, standard work, governance, and change-management practices while partnering with executive, field, finance, HR, IT, and analytics leaders to improve productivity, profitability, and execution consistency.

Own the company’s CRM, lifecycle, retention, and marketing-automation strategy with long-term customer lifetime value as the core KPI. Build and optimize email and SMS journeys, segmentation, lead scoring, winback, cross-sell, reactivation, review generation, customer notifications, and AI-enabled personalization. Use Braze, Dynamics, Hatch, and Snowflake to create audiences, triggers, measurement, and reporting. Partner with Technology, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive customer actions and improve retention, revenue, NPS, and CSAT.
