Provide hands-on tree care as part of a field crew: pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, climbing, and operating chainsaws and rigging while following safety protocols and delivering excellent client service. Apprenticeship includes training and career development in arboriculture.

As a Tree Climber, you'll prune trees, operate chainsaws and aerial lifts, and work as part of a team to enhance landscapes.

Responds to inbound calls and web inquiries, conducts consultative discovery, addresses objections, documents customer needs in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and schedules appointments for Sales Arborists. The role also handles outbound follow-up, confirmations, and rescheduling while meeting speed-to-lead, appointment-setting, call quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Success requires professional communication, accurate documentation, multitasking, coachability, and resilience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
