Coordinate end-to-end interviews across global time zones, manage Greenhouse configurations and recruiting workflows, publish weekly talent reports, track feedback and approvals, support offer-to-onboarding handoffs, and create hiring playbooks. The role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers, serves as a key candidate contact, and improves recruiting processes and reporting.

Own and expand a book of Tier 1 financial services accounts in the Americas by driving upsell, renewals, and net-new revenue. Build strategic account plans, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, provide market and competitive intelligence, cultivate customer advocates, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Legal, and InfoSec to close complex procurement cycles.

Own the variable compensation budget, forecast and report costs to executive leadership, model plan changes, and run monthly commissions cycles in Everstage. Reconcile payouts with payroll and the ledger, configure compensation plans, resolve seller disputes, maintain audit-ready documentation and dashboards, and support annual plan launches. Provide data-backed recommendations on compensation design, automate repeat processes, and ensure accurate integrations among Salesforce, HR systems, and Everstage.
