Manage logistics, safety, and administrative tasks for the New Hampshire Conservation Corps program. Supervise Project Leaders, Program Assistant, and corps members; coordinate project planning, tools, vehicles, training, and partner engagement; ensure compliance with AmeriCorps and partner requirements; maintain equipment, handle reporting, and support curriculum and member development.

Manage and grow partnerships across Gulf states to meet revenue targets. Conduct outreach to government and nonprofit partners, write proposals and grants, track pipelines in Salesforce, produce reports and outreach materials, coordinate with internal teams, and travel for site visits and events (~15-20%).
