Manages support tickets, communicates with customers, escalates issues to engineering, documents findings, identifies recurring problems, and participates in rotational on-call coverage for high-severity incidents.

Lead end-to-end enterprise eCommerce implementations and migrations. Define target architectures, integrate SCAYLE with ERP/PIM/CRM/OMS/CMS, translate business requirements into technical specifications, validate REST API/webhook/event-driven integrations, and support cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers.
