Teams at SCAYLE Commerce Engine

Lead end-to-end enterprise eCommerce implementations and migrations. Define target architectures, integrate SCAYLE with ERP/PIM/CRM/OMS/CMS, translate business requirements into technical specifications, validate REST API/webhook/event-driven integrations, and support cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers.

Own 5-10 enterprise customer relationships as the technical advisor for platform usage and integrations. Translate customer requirements into product requests, drive adoption, coordinate escalations across engineering/support/product, lead technical QBRs and integration reviews, and monitor platform health and KPIs to recommend improvements.
