Deliver interactive IT training to adult learners preparing for entry- and mid-level technology careers. Responsibilities include instruction, assessment, tutoring, attendance and progress tracking, curriculum development, student advising, employment recommendations, and maintaining Salesforce and Canvas records. The instructor teaches hardware, operating systems, networking, security, servers, virtualization, and related technologies while collaborating with program staff and supporting student achievement.

Lead fundraising for the NYC campus by managing a high-value portfolio, securing multi-year corporate, foundation, individual, and government funding, collaborating with national teams on multi-market opportunities, supporting government proposal development, coordinating local fundraising and growth strategies, stewarding partners, and using CRM tools to track forecasts and revenue. Travel ~15-20%.

Lead regional partnership and external relations efforts across NY and NJ, cultivating philanthropic, government, and community partners; support executive and development teams on prospect strategy and engagements; implement partnership management framework; coordinate cross-functional partnerships and events; supervise Senior Manager, Corporate Engagement; leverage Salesforce and data analysis to inform outreach and stewardship.
