Lead regional partnership and external relations efforts across NY and NJ, cultivating philanthropic, government, and community partners; support executive and development teams on prospect strategy and engagements; implement partnership management framework; coordinate cross-functional partnerships and events; supervise Senior Manager, Corporate Engagement; leverage Salesforce and data analysis to inform outreach and stewardship.

Lead and scale the New York Talent Solutions team to build employer-facing pipelines, manage enterprise partnerships, design placement SOPs, own Salesforce analytics, and drive placement and revenue targets (80% placement within four months). Serve as thought leader, negotiate complex contracts, and align cross-functional curriculum-to-market processes.

The Senior Manager will lead employer engagement, career advisement, and placement initiatives, mentoring managers and ensuring alumni achieve job attainment goals.
