Collaborates with HR and business stakeholders across Core HR, talent, compensation, benefits, absence, recruiting, performance, and learning processes while preparing documentation and training materials.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional specs, create user stories and process maps, manage product backlogs, support Salesforce implementation and optimization, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate with developers and QA in Agile ceremonies to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
