Build and maintain full-stack digital products across discovery, prototyping, implementation, and maintenance. Develop user experiences, real-time interactions, APIs, and backend services; fix bugs; write clean, efficient code; collaborate with product, design, and engineering; contribute to product strategy; and engage directly with customers in an early-stage startup environment.

Own technical customer engagements from deployment through ongoing adoption. Identify AI use cases, integrate AI tooling into startup workflows, ship production software, and represent the company with customer engineering teams. Translate customer feedback into product and engineering insights while managing multiple engagements, operating autonomously, and working across technical and non-technical audiences.

Own client-driven product deployment by translating feedback into product specifications, prioritizing roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, conducting QA, managing rollout communications, and improving release processes. The role partners with product, leadership, engineering, and clients to ensure delivered features solve real-world problems and are adopted successfully.
