Manage moderation, creator and ambassador programs, monitor sentiment and analytics, support live-ops communications, report insights, and run community campaigns to boost engagement and retention while partnering with cross-functional game teams.

Lead and execute end-to-end mixed-method user research for a new mobile/PC game, partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into product strategy and KPIs, manage vendors, scale research practices, and mentor other researchers. Quarterly in-person research in LA required.

Lead production execution and operational excellence for WWE Champions live-service. Own feature and LiveOps roadmaps, translate strategy into plans, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional releases, improve processes, and provide stakeholder communication and delivery forecasts.
