Support Account Executives across the sales cycle: research target accounts, develop proposals and presentations, manage campaign scheduling and inventory, resolve billing/scheduling issues, prepare reports/media kits, assist negotiations, and build internal and client relationships.

Sell and grow programmatic and digital advertising revenue by developing agency and brand relationships, driving adoption of programmatic/DOOH/CTV solutions, managing deal setup and measurement, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet advertiser objectives.

The role involves selling cinema and digital advertising solutions, driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and engaging in strategic planning.

Manage assigned Account Executives' campaigns end-to-end: create cost sheets, maintain CPM history, prepare contracts, schedule and update campaigns in traffic/inventory systems, track pre/mid/post-flights, liaise with internal teams, serve as backup for planners, and complete projects assigned by the Director.

Support an assigned Account Executive by managing accounts end-to-end: create cost sheets, maintain CPM history and movie/inventory lists, liaise with internal teams, track campaign progress and post-flights, pull final theater lists, and perform projects assigned by Sales Planning leadership.

Prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, cash reports, payroll and invoicing entries, manage collections and fixed assets, support month-end close and annual audit, and perform accounting data entry and special projects as directed.

Prepare and review monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, GAAP financial statements, and variance analysis. Manage daily revenue recording, assist with management and bank reporting, coordinate external audit activities, enhance accounting systems and internal controls, and complete special projects as directed by the Controller.
