Prepare and review monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, GAAP financial statements, and variance analysis. Manage daily revenue recording, assist with management and bank reporting, coordinate external audit activities, enhance accounting systems and internal controls, and complete special projects as directed by the Controller.

Support Account Executives across the sales cycle: research target accounts, develop proposals and presentations, manage campaign scheduling and inventory, resolve billing/scheduling issues, prepare reports/media kits, assist negotiations, and build internal and client relationships.

The Director of Human Resources manages core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, HR operations, and compliance, while partnering with leadership.
