Inspect finished and in-process jewelry for defects (stones, prongs, soldering, clasps, rhodium plating), document findings, collaborate with production to correct issues, and ensure products meet company and customer quality standards prior to delivery.

Manage and expedite time-sensitive "hot" orders across accounts (remakes, VIP, late orders). Support Director of Operations with day-to-day operational management, triage and route priorities, resolve blockers, escalate risks, maintain order status visibility and data integrity, and coordinate cross-functionally with account managers, order processing, and shipping. Requires hands-on, customer-focused approach and passion for jewelry.

Support sales team managing retail accounts: prepare product samples, pricing, and presentations; coordinate item setup and UPC creation; track weekly sales reports; manage samples shipping and organization; join meetings and follow up on action items to drive retail and e-commerce growth.
