Develops engineered estimates, budgets, equipment lists, labor costs, and technical proposals for electronic security projects. Reviews drawings, specifications, site surveys, and construction documents; selects products; configures security systems; evaluates subcontractor bids; supports RFPs and change orders; and coordinates with sales, project management, suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. The role also manages project deadlines, clarifications, compliance requirements, and competitive strategy for access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercom, PSIM, PLC, and structured cabling solutions.
