Lead end-to-end architecture for an internet-scale data platform, including ingestion, streaming and batch processing, lakehouse storage, analytical serving, data quality, observability, lineage, and reproducible ratings pipelines. Define contracts, standards, and technical direction through prototypes and design reviews. Partner with engineering, Product, Data Science, and other architects while mentoring senior engineers and influencing teams without direct authority.

Lead the system architecture for production agentic AI capabilities, including orchestration, state and memory, tool integration, reliability, and guardrails. Write technical design reviews and standards, prototype architectural decisions, and partner with Data Science and engineering teams. Influence technical direction, review architectures, mentor senior engineers, promote AI-assisted development, and communicate trade-offs to executives and customers.

Lead and develop the customer support organization, using AI-assisted workflows to improve triage, resolution speed, customer experience, and retention. Analyze support data, manage escalations, partner with Product and Engineering on systemic improvements, and align support performance with account health, renewals, expansion, NRR, and GRR. Regularly engage high-value customers while hiring, coaching, and developing a customer-focused team.
