Analyzes and processes auto and general liability property damage claims. Assesses coverage, liability, damages, estimates, payments, and total losses; documents and codes claim files; manages deadlines and action plans; identifies subrogation and salvage opportunities; communicates with insureds, clients, agents, and brokers; and maintains professional client relationships.

Evaluates auto claims involving injured parties and manages first-party medical treatment under PIP and medical payment coverage. Reviews policy language, medical records, treatment, bills, coverage eligibility, fraud indicators, claim exposures, and reserves. Documents claim activity, communicates with claimants, providers, attorneys, clients, and vendors, negotiates claim resolutions, and issues authorized payments. Requires a state adjuster license and experience with PIP, medical payments, workers compensation, or related claims.

Lead regional operations to drive profitable growth by acquiring and retaining clients, implementing annual business plans, overseeing property & casualty staff, ensuring operational accuracy and customer satisfaction, managing hiring and performance, and traveling as required.
