Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend software systems for data-intensive applications. Drive technical direction, implement new technologies, improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and promote testing and continuous delivery. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams, engage with customers, and help deliver maintainable, scalable solutions using backend technologies, databases, distributed computing, and cloud platforms.

Owns customer success for enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, adoption, quarterly reviews, renewals, churn reduction, expansion, and advocacy. Builds strategic relationships with multinational and Fortune 500 stakeholders, develops success and account plans, translates business objectives into priorities, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Training, Support, and Development teams. Provides guidance on industrial data analytics, IT/OT priorities, digital transformation, and customer ROI.
