Lead end-to-end implementations from use-case discovery and architecture to Python-based agent/Skill development, integrations with industrial systems and enterprise data, packaging for reuse, and customer enablement. Collaborate cross-functionally, support pre-sales and GTM, and iterate on agent reliability, governance, and adoption.

The Staff Software Engineer will enhance developer productivity by designing tools, automating workflows, and mentoring teams on best practices in developer experience.
