Monitor real-time and post-trade activity for manipulation, fraud, disruptive trading, and rule violations. Investigate alerts, reconstruct orders and trades, document findings, conduct participant inquiries, and prepare cases for enforcement or regulatory review. Help build surveillance procedures, case-management workflows, alert tuning, automation, and DCM Core Principle readiness. The role includes coverage for a 24/7 market with possible weekend and off-hours rotations.

Own daily futures commission merchant operations, including trade capture, clearing, reconciliations, margin processing, settlements, customer funds, account lifecycle, vendors, controls, resilience, and regulatory examinations. Build procedures and the operating model from launch, partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Engineering, resolve operational exceptions, and scale the team as trading volume grows.

Lead development of core Sei blockchain components (consensus, state management), optimize performance, collaborate with frontend on REST APIs, drive engineering improvements, and own projects and team outcomes.
