Set up, configure, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting systems for live events. Support and maintain AV hardware and applications, perform preshow walkthroughs, ensure venue safety and guest satisfaction, and build positive relationships with team, clients, and guests.

Manage daily cash and deposits, reconcile vendor invoices, process payments, handle A/R billing and collections, post daily and month-end journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger and financial records while reporting to senior leadership.

Lead cafe sales and marketing aligning with brand standards and P&L. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to grow traffic, manage budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee team development, training, and guest satisfaction, and support events and retail/live-music promotion.
