Set up, configure, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting systems for live events. Support and maintain AV hardware and applications, perform preshow walkthroughs, ensure venue safety and guest satisfaction, and build positive relationships with team, clients, and guests.

Lead front desk and housekeeping operations, staff training and development, guest service delivery, issue resolution, scheduling and payroll oversight, and revenue/occupancy optimization. Maintain hands‑on presence across departments, enforce brand standards, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure a polished, high‑energy guest experience.

Manage daily cash and deposits, reconcile vendor invoices, process payments, handle A/R billing and collections, post daily and month-end journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger and financial records while reporting to senior leadership.
