Oversee overnight front desk operations, lead and coach the night team, manage night audit and revenue reporting, resolve guest escalations, ensure brand standards, safety, and smooth handovers to morning leadership. Monitor staffing, guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and collaborate with departments to maintain exceptional guest service and compliance.

Lead cafe sales and marketing aligning with brand standards and P&L. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to grow traffic, manage budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee team development, training, and guest satisfaction, and support events and retail/live-music promotion.

Manage end-to-end payroll and accounts payable functions, ensure compliance with payroll tax and union requirements, supervise AP operations, maintain vendor records, support month-end close, implement process improvements, and lead a high-performing team to ensure timely, accurate payroll and vendor payments.
