Leads Semrush’s global Enterprise Customer Success organization, owning time-to-value, product adoption, customer health, retention, renewal readiness, executive engagement, and expansion partnership. Builds a consistent global operating model, strengthens cross-functional handoffs, improves value realization, develops managers and CSM talent, and partners with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, RevOps, and Adobe field teams to drive measurable enterprise customer outcomes.

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers to design and execute multi-quarter SEO and GEO strategies. Lead discovery, opportunity analysis, and executive roadmaps; design governance and operating models; facilitate workshops and executive briefings; track KPIs and risks; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption and long-term growth. Contribute to internal playbooks and methodology improvements.

Lead and execute channel sales strategy to recruit, onboard, and enable agency and partner ecosystems. Manage partner agreements, drive co-sell/resell revenue, build joint business plans and partner pipelines, provide training and enablement, analyze market trends, and represent Semrush at industry events.
