Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing for subscription products across email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging. Design segmentation-driven journeys, build automated onboarding/engagement/retention/win-back/referral flows, run A/B tests, use AI to scale copy and analysis, and partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex genomic insights into clear consumer-facing messaging and measure lifecycle performance.

Design and build production AI systems and distributed backend services that enable genomic reasoning, retrieval, and data platforms. Integrate genomic annotations and interpretation logic, architect high-performance data models and storage across PostgreSQL, DuckDB, Qdrant, Redis, and Spark. Ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, and grounded in genomic evidence while collaborating across engineering and bioinformatics teams.
