Produce, shoot, edit, and deliver luxury real estate video property tours and social content. Manage full production lifecycle, direct on-camera talent, optimize assets for platforms, handle equipment and collaborate with studios and agents to drive engagement and brand growth.

Conduct outreach and qualification of prospective real estate agents, manage scheduling and coordination for recruitment meetings, maintain CRM records, handle administrative tasks, partner with Growth Managers and VP to develop prospecting strategies, and drive candidate engagement through follow-ups.
