Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of AI-powered creative products for ID Lab and Studios. Build internal production tools and self-serve marketing products for agents, integrating generative AI across text, image, video, and audio. Partner with creative, engineering, design, legal, and brokerage teams to define quality standards, prioritize initiatives, launch products, measure adoption and impact, and scale creative workflows.

Manages brand partnerships and activations from concept through execution, including partner communication, content programs, approvals, campaigns, experiential events, vendors, budgets, timelines, and creative assets. Develops partnership opportunities and concepts while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant brand experiences and integrated campaigns.

Leads strategic growth through recruiting and converting high-performing real estate agents and teams. Develops market-specific recruiting strategies, builds executive-level relationships, manages recruiting pipelines, analyzes market intelligence, and identifies expansion opportunities. Advises brokerage leadership, mentors recruiting team members, partners cross-functionally on campaigns and events, forecasts recruiting activity, and represents the brand within the real estate community.
