Develop and enhance Salesforce and related technology systems by analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, automating processes, and supporting implementation and maintenance. The role collaborates with internal teams, manages technical projects and vendors, supports integrations and databases, troubleshoots systems, prepares documentation, and translates technical information for nontechnical stakeholders. It is remote with occasional travel and may require work outside normal hours.
