Supervise DSPs and shift supervisors in a residential developmental disabilities program. Ensure individuals’ healthcare, nutrition, wellness, independence, and community participation needs are met. Manage staff assignments, coaching, care plans, transportation, regulatory compliance, incident reporting, safety drills, petty cash, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with nurses, QIDPs, clinicians, and the Program Director while maintaining a respectful, person-centered home environment.

Provides direct support to clubhouse members through case management, individualized planning, vocational and educational support, computer skills training, group activities, and community outings. Generalists manage member caseloads and records, facilitate unit programming, supervise member activities, and encourage employment or education goals. The role rotates across administrative, culinary, employment, education, maintenance, and media units while supporting individuals experiencing psychiatric challenges.

Manages residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Promotes independence, coordinates healthcare, wellness, recreation, community activities, transportation, and regulatory compliance. Oversees shift operations, assigns staff, supervises direct support professionals and shift supervisors, and provides coaching and mentoring. Maintains health, safety, personal property, and a supportive living environment while ensuring person-centered care.
