Act as a fast-moving generalist who escalates outcomes and grows into broader operational roles.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the Max program as the executive-facing strategic advisor. Drive adoption, executive alignment, growth planning, and measurable outcomes using automation and KPI data. Lead executive business reviews, onsite engagements, and partner with specialists, product, and implementation teams to ensure onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.

Design and prototype Back Office and Commercial SaaS experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Conduct discovery research, user interviews, journey mapping, and testing. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research; mentor junior designers; use AI tools and Figma to iterate and ship high-quality, user-centered solutions.
