Support the CEO and Head of Operations by managing complex calendars, meeting preparation, communications, travel logistics, confidential information, and cross-functional initiatives. Serve as a proactive executive partner, anticipate leadership needs, resolve scheduling and operational issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead Sesame’s creative vision across campaigns, editorial, social, experiential, web, and product. Concept, write, and art direct work; run a small in-house content studio; manage external agencies and production partners; develop brand collaborations; and align creative across product, hardware, and marketing channels.
