Associate Counsel will advise on customer documentation, capital markets technology products, SaaS agreements, and platform services. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex finance and technology contracts, supporting sales and capital markets teams, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, and building scalable legal processes. Candidates should bring substantial capital markets or finance transactions experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to provide commercially practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and analytics models using DBT, SQL, and Python. Create dashboards, prototype data products, manage GitHub-based analytics workflows, and partner with engineering, product, and clients to deliver actionable insights for external customers.

The Capital Solutions Manager will drive tech solutions for lenders and borrowers, manage onboarding processes, and ensure the accuracy of the Capital OS application.

Lead and manage multiple customer implementations end-to-end: define scope, establish milestones, communicate with stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, build client relationships, and analyze and optimize implementation workflows to improve delivery and client experience.
