Lead Setpoint's legal function for capital markets technology: advise executives, structure and negotiate complex capital markets, structured finance, and SaaS agreements, support Capital Solutions, build scalable legal processes, and monitor regulatory and industry developments.

The Capital Solutions Manager will drive tech solutions for lenders and borrowers, manage onboarding processes, and ensure the accuracy of the Capital OS application.

The Investment Analyst will analyze investment opportunities, prepare materials for stakeholders, assess performance of investments, and support asset allocation decisions.

Build and lead a sales enablement function: design onboarding, training, playbooks, and tool adoption. Use Gong and win/loss data to codify top-performer behaviors, apply AI to GTM, and define metrics for ramp, certification, and knowledge retention.

Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to build financial models, own reporting and forecasting, prepare board-ready materials, and lead strategic projects. Drive process improvements, streamline operations, and support high-priority initiatives across sales, product, engineering, and operations.

Lead and manage multiple customer implementations end-to-end: define scope, establish milestones, communicate with stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, build client relationships, and analyze and optimize implementation workflows to improve delivery and client experience.

The Capital Solutions Associate will manage client onboarding, maintain application accuracy, parse legal agreements, and ensure communication between clients and internal teams.

The Capital Solutions Manager will manage client portfolios, translate structured finance needs, oversee data accuracy, and leverage AI workflows.

Drive new business development, partner with product managers, build relationships with enterprise clients, and execute strategic plans to increase revenue.

Work directly with the CEO as a strategic partner and operator: run executive cadence, drive 2–4 high-priority initiatives, manage OKRs/KPIs and internal communications, triage CEO attention, capture decisions and ensure follow-through, and temporarily lead functions as needed.

Lead pre-close and post-close operations for asset-backed facilities, manage custody and funding processes, coordinate lender submissions, monitor portfolio collateral and data integrity, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements and automation using technology and AI tools.
