Develop institutional partnerships and generate new business across banks, credit funds, originators, and capital markets counterparties. The role owns relationship coverage, builds pipelines, advances deals from initial discussions through closing, and partners with sales, product, and leadership teams to shape solutions. Candidates should bring 5–8 years of asset-backed finance, private credit, or structured credit experience, a strong industry network, commercial instincts, and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.

Leads sales and implementation operations from customer contract through go-live and first payment. Owns HubSpot pipeline processes, forecasting, compensation administration, territory planning, implementation capacity, Asana reporting, billing triggers, and operational playbooks. Manages two operations team members and partners with Sales, Finance, Growth, and Solutions leadership on revenue planning, hiring, and performance decisions.

Associate Counsel will advise on customer documentation, capital markets technology products, SaaS agreements, and platform services. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex finance and technology contracts, supporting sales and capital markets teams, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, and building scalable legal processes. Candidates should bring substantial capital markets or finance transactions experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to provide commercially practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.
