A 36-month Construction Management Skills Training Program rotating through project management, site supervision, and estimating. Trainees support project documentation, financial management, punch lists, constructability reviews, licensing, subcontractor coordination, plan updates, bid procurement, quantity takeoffs, and proposal preparation. Graduates advance into Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or Assistant Estimator roles.

Senior Scheduler supporting construction project pursuits, baseline development, scheduling, procurement and submittal tracking, progress updates, critical path analysis, recovery plans, schedule audits, risk mitigation, regional reporting, and construction claims. The role partners with estimating, project management, operations, and field teams; develops time impact analyses and schedule narratives; coaches construction staff; and travels as needed throughout the greater New York metropolitan region.

Leads commercial construction projects from pre-construction through execution, developing purchasing strategies, coordinating with estimating and purchasing teams, maintaining project schedules with the superintendent, monitoring financial performance, and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and design partners. The role also includes staff leadership and development, with an emphasis on profitability, client satisfaction, and high-quality project delivery.
