Lead P&L performance and operational improvement across portfolio companies by driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and adoption of Shield's AI platform. Manage forecasts, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives; support onboarding; build automation and low-code solutions; coach local leadership and implement standardized processes to scale operations and strategic growth.

Lead Shield's platform brand strategy and storytelling across internal and external stakeholders. Develop positioning, messaging, and content (website, social, M&A materials), run events and media relations, and create collateral to enable BD and M&A teams. Work cross-functionally with executives, Technology, Operations, partners, and portfolio companies to build a scalable content engine and drive measurable inbound interest and BD outcomes.

Lead and evolve a centralized Revenue Operations function across multiple entities, building forecasting models, dashboards, CRM workflows, and scalable GTM processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, KPI accountability, and integrate acquired companies into standardized reporting and operations.
