Lead P&L performance and operational improvement across portfolio companies by driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and adoption of Shield's AI platform. Manage forecasts, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives; support onboarding; build automation and low-code solutions; coach local leadership and implement standardized processes to scale operations and strategic growth.

Drive net-new MSP customer acquisition across an assigned territory, acting as the primary closer. Partner with Shield portfolio companies and centralized teams to qualify, advance, and close opportunities, maintain territory accountability and revenue targets, embed into portfolio sales processes, and support scalable sales operations. Frequent travel and in-person collaboration expected.

Lead and build the FP&A function: long-range financial planning, revenue and P&L forecasting, advanced financial modeling and analysis, M&A support, systems implementations, KPI/reporting development, and partner with executive leadership, board, and investors to inform strategic decisions. Requires operating in ambiguity and driving process improvements and AI/automation opportunities. Travel ~quarterly.
