Manage and grow worker supply by monitoring market supply health, diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, designing experiments (referrals, re-engagement, activation), and using data (SQL, Google Sheets, dashboards) to drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve onboarding, activation, and retention. Role is NYC-based with typical 4+ days in office.

The Supply Growth Associate will build scalable partner acquisition strategies for Shiftsmart, focusing on rural markets, ensuring a sufficient pool of partners while analyzing and iterating strategies based on performance data.

Build and own customer-facing reporting and analytics, maintain scalable data pipelines and forecasting, support production planning and operational data, deliver ad-hoc analyses, and partner cross-functionally to translate customer needs into reliable data products and insights.
