Shipbob Benefits Overview

Leads end-to-end operational onboarding for merchants across ShipBob’s U.S. fulfillment network. Coordinates Fulfillment Center Operations, Engineering, Merchant Success, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales to manage implementation milestones, resolve fulfillment issues, mitigate risk, optimize merchant placement, and ensure operational readiness before handoff. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations, supports custom packaging and SKU requirements, analyzes volume forecasts, and serves as the primary escalation point during initial onboarding.

Develop and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes across facilities. Identify waste, improve fulfillment and transportation efficiency, lead continuous improvement and corrective action teams, create process documentation and CAD drawings, analyze operational data, establish metrics, support automation and equipment planning, and train teams on lean and process control methods. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, floor-level troubleshooting, project management, quality compliance, and up to 30% travel.

Partner with Transportation and FP&A to build forecasts, produce variance and margin analyses, prepare investor/board reporting, develop financial models and automation, and support strategic transportation initiatives and ad-hoc projects to drive profitable growth.
