Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, lead and develop the AP team, perform month-end reconciliations and variance analysis, enforce AP internal controls and fraud prevention, oversee P-Card and T&E programs, streamline and automate AP workflows, coordinate vendor payments and intercompany transactions, support audits and shared services initiatives, and drive cross-functional accounting projects.

Lead and scale ShipBob's strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories. Develop category strategies, run RFx processes, negotiate high-value contracts, build vendor performance and compliance frameworks (SOX/SOC II), manage and develop the procurement team, partner cross-functionally, drive cost savings and process scalability, and implement change management to embed disciplined procurement practices.

This role involves automating HR processes by building AI-assisted workflows and ensuring compliance with data governance. You will manage the lifecycle of automation from mapping to deployment while collaborating across the People team.
