Manages the firm’s litigation docketing department, overseeing daily operations, accuracy, audits, compliance, procedures, reporting, process improvements, vendor relationships, and technology coordination. Serves as the docketing subject matter expert and escalation point, communicates court-rule updates, trains and supervises staff, answers procedural questions, and leads projects through completion with limited direction.
