The Director of Creator Amplification will lead the VIP Creator team, manage high-value creator relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you'll manage reporting systems and performance insights for the Creator organization. You will translate data into actionable insights, monitor creator performance, and refine operational processes to enhance team effectiveness.

Lead ShopMy's sales enablement across content, training, coaching, and measurement. Build onboarding and ramp programs, create pitch materials and playbooks, coach reps with deal reviews, and partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Brand Growth to measure and optimize enablement impact on ramp time, win rates, and pipeline progression.
