The Director, Creator Acceleration will lead strategy and performance of ShopMy's creator programs, enhance engagement, and scale operation models for ongoing success.

Serve as a trusted client partner for non-RTW fashion brands, managing day-to-day account success, driving retention and expansion, advising on affiliate and creator marketing strategies, translating performance data into strategic recommendations, escalating product feedback, and implementing AI-driven workflow improvements.

Provide high-touch support to a cohort of creators: maintain and optimize creator shops, identify linking opportunities, surface creator momentum and issues to Account Managers, support creators during events and launches, escalate recurring problems, and champion process improvements to maximize creator performance and earnings.
